Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging, in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the processing and shipping costs, or you can return the item directly to the store at no cost.
The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method (minus shipping costs).
Damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
